What Is The Show?

What is The Challenge Zone?
The Challenge Zone is a professionally filmed youth competition series where kids compete in fun challenges that test teamwork, quick thinking, personality, strategy and confidence.
Where is The Challenge Zone filmed?
Season One is scheduled to film in Roswell, Georgia. Selected contestants will receive detailed filming information before their scheduled production date.
How long is each episode?
Episodes are being developed as approximately 30-minute streaming episodes, including competition, contestant interviews, show segments and sponsor/commercial moments.
How does the competition work?
Each episode features two teams of five contestants competing through multiple challenge rounds. Contestants will need to think quickly, work together and bring plenty of personality and energy.
Is the show professionally filmed?
Yes. The Challenge Zone is being produced as a professionally filmed youth streaming series. Cameras, lighting, interviews and edited episode content are part of the experience.
Contestants & Eligibility
Questions about applying and being selected for the show.
What grades can apply?
Casting is open to students participating at a Grade 1 through Grade 8 academic level during the 2026–2027 school year. A parent or legal guardian must complete the application.
Can homeschool contestants apply?
Yes. Eligible students from public school, private school and homeschool educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. The initial casting application is FREE.
Is there a fee if my child is selected?
Yes. Contestants who are officially selected for the show have a $25 contestant registration fee. The fee is only required after selection.
Does applying guarantee a spot on the show?
No. Submitting a casting application does not guarantee selection. The Challenge Zone production team reviews applications and contacts families whose contestants are selected for an upcoming episode.
What kind of kids are you looking for?
We are looking for kids who enjoy games, friendly competition, teamwork, problem-solving and being part of an exciting on-camera experience. Contestants do not need professional acting or television experience.
Can siblings or friends apply?
Yes. Each contestant should have their own completed casting application. Placement on the same team or episode is not guaranteed.
Prizes & Championship
Season One leads toward The Challenge Zone Championship.
Are there prizes?
Yes. Contestants may have opportunities to win prizes, special recognition and experiences throughout the season.
What is the Championship grand prize?
The Season One Championship features a $500 GRAND PRIZE.
Does every contestant make it to the Championship?
No. The Championship is the final competition of Season One. Advancement depends on the competition format and results from earlier episodes.
Filming & Production
When is Season One filming?
The current Season One production schedule is:
- October 18, 2026 — Production Day 1
- October 25, 2026 — Production Day 2
- November 1, 2026 — Production Day 3
- November 8, 2026 — Production Day 4
- November 15, 2026 — Championship 🏆
Selected families will receive their specific filming date, arrival time and production instructions.
Will multiple episodes be filmed in one day?
Yes. Multiple episodes may be recorded during a single production day. Contestants will receive instructions for the episode and time assigned to them.
How long should we expect to be at filming?
The final call time and expected time commitment will be provided to selected families before filming. Families should plan for time beyond the final edited episode length because production also includes check-in, preparation, interviews and filming.
What should contestants wear?
Wardrobe instructions will be provided to selected contestants before their filming date. Contestants should arrive prepared to move, participate and be comfortable on camera.
Participation & Safety
Does a parent or guardian need to attend?
Yes. Because contestants are minors, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in the registration process and follow all production instructions provided for filming.
Will parents need to sign release forms?
Yes. Selected contestants may be required to complete participation, media, filming and other production-related releases before appearing on the show.
Will my child be filmed and photographed?
Yes. The Challenge Zone is a filmed entertainment production. Contestants may appear in full episodes, promotional clips, photographs, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and related show marketing.
What if my child gets nervous on camera?
That can happen. The goal is to create an energetic, encouraging environment where contestants can have fun, participate and show their personality.
Episodes & Streaming
Where will episodes be available?
The Challenge Zone is being developed as a digital streaming series. Official viewing and release information will be announced as Season One approaches.
Will there be short videos too?
Yes. In addition to full episodes, The Challenge Zone plans to release highlights, contestant interviews, reactions, behind-the-scenes footage and other short-form content.

Can businesses sponsor The Challenge Zone?
Yes. Season One opportunities can include advertising, episode sponsorships, branded challenges, commercials, contestant prizes, production support, product donations, services, digital integrations and other partnerships.
Can a business donate products or services?
Yes. Businesses may offer appropriate products, prizes, gift cards, equipment, food, production resources, professional services or other support. All partnerships and donations are subject to approval.
